Photo & Video Release + Liability Waiver - By signing below, I understand and agree that:

I grant permission to Truth & Purpose Homeschool and its representatives to take photographs and videos of me and/or my children during the Field Day event on July 19, 2025.

I allow these images/videos to be used for The Johnson’s personal social media accounts. These photos will be used in a positive way to show the fun had at the event.

I do NOT want my or my child’s image to be used.

Participation in Field Day activities involves physical movement, and I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation.

I will not hold the Johnson’s, the residents of 2114 Fleming Rd. Clarksville, TN 37043, or any event organizers liable for any accidental injuries or personal property loss during this event.

I understand that first aid will be provided if needed, but no medical professionals will be on site.

Things to Remember:

Wear gear you can get wet in.
Bring a change of clothes and a towel.
Protect your hair - water will be involved.
You hoop? Bring your kicks and let's see what you got.
Your family should, if possible, wear the same color bottoms.
Bring your own nerf gun (there will be a few generic available but you don’t wanna go to battle with that! LOL).
Bring a lawn chair if you can, seating is limited, but space is not.
If you are interested in an adult beverage at the end of the festivities, bring a bottle.
